In 2006, the Council will have a new Plan of Service (NY
State speak
for a strategic plan).
We are gathering information from a variety
of sources and would like more information from the
membership so
that the Plan reflects how we will meet the needs you have.
We have a Task Force to help in the process and they have
developed
an online survey for our member libraries and their staff to
complete. It is easy
to do and asks you fill in little dots on
services you have used and the quality of that service. We also ask
what you think is the most important thing we do and what
else we
could do for you. It
should take about 10 minutes.
