right things quickly when disaster hits. This workshop is
designed to address the basics of disaster planning, and will focus on the
recovery and salvage aspects of emergency response. Instructor: John Dean, Preservation and Conservation

understanding of how to manage email, use chat, RSS, and more, and learn to use
online survey tools to get quality results. Library staff need these skills
now, both for our own communications and in order to respond to patrons’ need
