Pat Neal, Coordinator of the Tompkins Seneca Tioga BOCES School Library System and a member of the SCRLC Board of Trustees has retired and will return to her Seattle roots. Thanks Pat and best wishes!

Barbara Hornick-Lockard has retired as Director of the Corning Community College Library. Cindy Maier is Acting Director. All best wishes to Barb.

The Library at Lourdes Hospital had to be moved very quickly as the Susquehanna River again flooded recently and this time went into the Hospital. Medical Librarian Sue Bretscher got some help from staff to move the collection up or out and is now busy putting it all back in order.

Matt Braun, Director of The History Center attended the prestigious Museum Leadership Institute, a rigorous three-week experience at the Getty Center. This is a very competitive development program and Matt has been there with some big name directors!

Lisa Wise is Acting Director of the Broome County Public Library since the resignation of Donna Riegel in July.
