Continuous Assessment and Continuous Improvement Workshop Series
SCRLC is delighted to once again be the lead agent for another round of the LSTA-sponsored statewide series of workshops on Continuous Assessment, Continuous Improvement. The previous series in 2004 was very successful for the participating libraries resulting in improved services, more efficient work processes, and vastly improved relationships with institutional administrations.
What is involved if you participate?
A series of seven workshops in five sessions will be offered in 2005-2006 in each of three convenient locations: Albany, New York City, or Batavia. You will do some homework between sessions. For more information on the project and a registration form, go to: http://www.ny3rs.org/CIfront.html
Teams of staff are encouraged to register. The registration fee is $200 per person for the series that covers costs not supported by the LSTA funding. Specific dates and locations are:
