FOCUS GROUPS
Need to know what your users think about your information literacy efforts? What do the faculty think about remote storage? Do you need more details about LibQUAL results? Focus groups might help you with some answers. Staff at SCRLC will work with you to hold focus group sessions to gather information as you review services you already offer or if you are planning new services. We will help you plan the focus groups, devise questions, hold the sessions, analyze what we heard, and then give you a report. Contact Jean for more information at 607/273-9106. (JC)
